Anchorages No. 356, 357, 358.

The vessels may be permitted to anchor in the roads only within the anchorages No. 356,  357, 358. These anchorages are slightly protected from northern winds only. The bottom is soft clay, silt, sand and shell. The depth at anchorage No. 356 is from 14.0 to
21.0 m, at anchorage No. 357 from 25.0 to 22.0 m and at anchorage No. 358 from 16.0 to 18.0 m.
 
Anchorage No.356 is dedicated for gas and chemical carriers, tankers and is restricted within the the lines connecting the following points:

 

46 deg. 31' 48" N - 30 deg. 57' 18" E.
46 deg. 32’ 48’’ N - 31 deg. 00’ 01" E.
46 deg. 32' 00" N - 31 deg. 00' 30" E.
46 deg. 30' 54" N - 31 deg. 00' 01" E.
46 deg. 30' 14" N - 30 deg. 58' 12" E.
46 deg. 28' 56" N - 30 deg. 58' 48" E.
46 deg. 28' 36" N - 30 deg. 57' 54" E.
46 deg. 29’ 53" N - 30 deg. 57' 18" E.

 

It is advised to drop anchors at the points:

 

No. 1: 46 deg. 31' 28" N - 30 deg. 57' 39" E.
No. 2: 46 deg. 31' 54" N - 30 deg. 58' 36" E.
No. 3: 46 deg. 32' 11" N - 30 deg. 59' 24" E.
No. 4: 46 deg. 30' 30" N - 30 deg. 57' 42" E.
No. 5: 46 deg. 30' 53" N - 30 deg. 58' 45" E.
No. 6: 46 deg. 31' 13" N - 30 deg. 59' 28" E.
No. 7: 46 deg. 31' 51" N - 31 deg. 00' 02" E.
No. 8: 46 deg. 29' 45" N - 30 deg. 57' 54" E.
No. 9: 46 deg. 29' 04" N - 30 deg. 58' 14" E.

 

The anchorages No. 1,2,4,5 and 8 are intended for the stay of vessels with a draft exceeding 7.0 m. The anchorages No. 3,6, 7, 9 for vessels with a draft  below 7.0 m.The anchorage No. 357 is intended for the stay of dry cargo vessels less than 170.0 m long and is  restricted with the lines that connect the points:

46 deg. 35' 05" N - 31 deg. 06' 00" E.

No.11: 46 deg. 34' 28" N - 31 deg. 02' 02" E.
No.12: 46 deg. 34' 39" N - 31 deg. 02'45" E.
No.14: 46 deg. 34' 48" N - 31 deg. 03'28" E.
No.15: 46 deg. 34' 59" N - 31 deg. 04'10" E.
No.16: 46 deg. 35' 09" N - 31 deg. 04'51" E.

No.17: 46 deg. 35' 18" N - 31 deg. 05'31" E.

 

The anchorage No.358 is intended for a stay of dry cargo vessels and is restricted with the lines that connect the points:

46 deg. 34' 53" N - 31 deg. 07’ 34" E.
46 deg. 34' 34" N - 31 deg. 09' 12" E.
46 deg. 34' 15" N - 31 deg. 09' 12" E.

It is recommended to drop anchor in the points:

 

No. 18: 46 deg. 33' 46" N - 31 deg. 05' 00" E.
No. 19: 46 deg. 34' 08" N - 31 deg. 06' 03" E.
No. 20: 46 deg. 34' 21" N - 31 deg. 07' 00" E.
No. 21: 46 deg. 34' 34" N - 31 deg. 07' 40" E.
No. 22: 46 deg. 33' 23" N - 31 deg. 06' 03" E.
No. 23: 46 deg. 33' 37" N - 31 deg. 07' 00" E.
No. 24: 46 deg. 34' 00" N - 31 deg. 07' 47" E.
No. 25: 46 deg. 34' 22" N - 31 deg. 08' 35" E.

 

The points No. 18, 19, 20, 21, 25 are intended for stay of vessels with a draft exceeding 7.0 m, the points No. 22, 23, 24 for vessels with a draft below 7.0 m. The quarantine stay of vessels is effected at the anchorages No 21 and 25. The quarantine  berth in the port is considered to be berth No. 1.

 

Masters of gas-, chemical carries or tankers longer than 180.0 m may order a tug of a required capacity for assisting when weighing the anchor. Any vessel lying in the roads may order such tug to render assistance under unfavourable meteorological conditions and in case of emergency. In cases requiring urgent actions the Master of the vessel shall be at liberty to change the anchorage independently informing SPSI accordingly.

 

The Master of the vessel shall be responsible for safe stay of the floating  craft moored to the board of the vessel. When effecting cargo operations in outer roads tugs may not leave floating cranes alongside without agreeing it with the Master and SPSI. 

 

Payment shall be effected at the vessel's expense in accordance with the current rates of the Port. 

 

Communication between the vessels in the outer roads and the shore shall be effected by a passenger ferry launch with payment effected in accordance with the current rates of the Port.  

 

Vessel’s floating means may not be used for communication with the shore. Applications for services to the vessel shall be submitted via the agent. For services to the vessel valid for one occasion only (transportation of crew, delivery of  supplies, etc.) a separate application shall be submitted.
