Join BIMCO’s New York seminar on the new ship financing term sheet
Overview
We are pleased to invite you to join us in New York on 28 September for a seminar hosted jointly by BIMCO and Blank Rome LLP on BIMCO’s new standard term sheet for bilateral ship financing transactions, SHIPTERM.
The seminar will take place from 16:00 to 17:30 followed by a networking reception finishing at 19:00.
The seminar is free of charge and open to BIMCO members and non-members. Participants will receive a copy of the SHIPTERM booklet containing the standard term sheet and explanatory notes.
You will meet a panel of representatives of the subcommittee that developed SHIPTERM:
