Description

Mandatory application of this cargo schedule: applies only to cotton seed with not more than 9% moisture and not more than 20.5% oil.

This cargo is cotton seed with short cotton fibres attached to the kernel after cotton (about 90-98%) has been removed by machine. Bulk density (kg/m3): 490. Non-IMSBC Code information - it is a cotton by-product containing high protein and meant for stock feed. The cotton has been removed from the seed using a mechanical process, leaving the seed with about 2% -10% of the cotton fibres still attached to the husk.
