Terms of Use - BIMCO Data Exchange Platform

Scope
This contract covers data supplied by BIMCO or BIMCO Informatique A/S via our Data Exchange Platform, Data Service Layer or Bespoke Datasets. Examples of such are BIMCO Holiday Calendar and Working Hours Information, BIMCO Port Information, BIMCO Freight Tax Information etc.
Terms of Use
Data provided by BIMCO to its members via the BIMCO Data Exchange Platform is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by BIMCO and whilst we endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the service or the information, products, services, or related graphics for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your or your company own risk.
In no event will BIMCO be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of the BIMCO Data Exchange Platform. Every effort is made to keep the service available and running 24/7. However, BIMCO or BIMCO Informatique A/S takes no responsibility for and will not be liable for the service being, for whatever reasons unavailable.
Only staff working in an office that is registered with BIMCO as a member may access this service and the data consumed from the service. Non-members of BIMCO and staff working from non BIMCO member companies or offices are NOT allowed to access this service nor the data it provides. Credentials or security tokens issued to access this BIMCO member service is company address specific and may not be handed out to anyone outside of the member office.
Under these terms, below company is allowed to temporary store data provided by the servicer on your own systems, but upon withdrawal from or not honouring BIMCO membership your company will cease touse this service and you must delete all copies of data provided by this service layer on your local systems.
This service and its data is the property of BIMCO or BIMCO Informatique A/S and may not be reproduced in any way or form nor distributed by you without prior permission from BIMCO or BIMCO Informatique A/S.
