ETA


Vessels are required to inform Ras Laffan Port Management of their ETA 7 days, 72 hours, and 24 hours prior to arrival.  Request for services should be addressed to the Agent at least 72 hours prior to arrival.


All vessels are required to contact Port Control before entering, leaving or manoeuvring with Port Limits.  VHF Channel 16 and 12.

Vessels shall have their propeller(s) submerged and have a reasonable stern trim not exceeding 3 metres.

Pre-Arrival Information
Vessels calling at the Port are required to provide the Port Management with the following information:

a) Where applicable, ETA's at least, 7 days, 72 hours, and 24 hour, in advance of arrival, with notification of variations in excess of 4 hours within the last 24 hours.  Such notices should be addressed via the Agent.
b) Within six (6) hours of arrival, vessels should contact "Port Control" by VHF via Channel 16 or 12.
c) The 72 hours ETA notice shall include the following information:
