Reportedly the pier is closed and no longer in operation. A T-shaped jetty extends about 300 m S from the E part of the town. Its outer face is 275 m long with a depth of about 9.7 m (32'), and the inner berth is 107 m long with 8.8 m (29') alongside. The berths are well fendered and hauling-off buoys are moored about 120 m off each berth. Vessels should have at least 1.5 m (5')...
