This BIMCO COVID 19 weekly report for the week ending 24 June 2022 covers the International Maritime Organization (IMO) including crew change national contact point, Australia, Canada, Myanmar, Russia, Safety4Sea and the latest from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Labour Organization (ILO). The planned release of a new spreadsheet format for data submissions scheduled for launch in the second half of 2021 heralds an increased focus on account management for users of the BIMCO Shipping-KPI.

It is a landmark achievement in the effort to reduce emissions, and something that every other industry should look to for inspiration,” says Lars Robert Pedersen, BIMCO Deputy Secretary General and delegate at the IMO meeting.
