Sale & purchase report dated 1 October 2019

The impressive volume of tanker deals that the second-hand market has been witnessing since the beginning of the month seems to be gaining moreand more momentum, with an increased number of sales reported in the market last week as well, while the absence of Cape deals aligns with the weakening sentiment in the size.
