As a result of social distancing requirements during the pandemic, remote surveys and inspections for the certification of materials and components have been successfully used and have proven to be a helpful alternative to on-site surveys. Now, global guidelines are needed.

  • BIMCO’s Shipping-KPI - how to generate the benchmarking report

    Minor modifications have been made to the BIMCO Shipping-KPI platform with the introduction of the new frontpage and relocation of the report-generation tool. With 7.500 unique submitted ships and approximately 2.000 submissions each quarter, the foundation for well-supported benchmarking is in place at the KPI.
