IMO changes dissemination of contact information for designated national competent authorities in charge of cargoes.

From time to time, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) has issued circulars updating its listings of contact names and addresses for the offices of designated national competent authorities responsible for the carriage of cargoes.
These circulars will be discontinued. Instead, the IMO will use the Global Integrated Shipping Information System (GISIS).
