US Importer Security Filing (formerly known as "10+2")

Overview

The Importer Security Filing and Additional Carrier Requirements interim final rule requires maritime cargo carriers and importers to submit additional data to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) before vessels are permitted entry into the US.
