BIMCO is revising its popular suite of ship management and related third-party management agreements to reflect current practices in the market. First in line is SHIPMAN 2009, BIMCO’s standard form ship management agreement that may include crew, technical and commercial management as well as insurance arrangements in respect of a ship.

The introduction of economic sanctions against Russian banks and other interests may restrict insurers or other financial security providers from processing claims or prohibit payment of claims arising under IMO liability and compensation conventions.
Commodity Trading & Chartering Masterclass Online is a series of 10 online sessions delivered over 5 days. Each day will run for 2x75 minutes with a short break in between.
