The cargo information and declaration form for the use of cargoes under the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes (IMSBC) Code has been revised to align with certain SOLAS regulations.

Providing information on what types of distillers dried grains are carried as solid bulk cargoes under the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes ( IMSBC) Code as not all are considered non-hazardous (Group C) which is the only cargo entry listed in the IMSBC Code.

The IMO Sub-committee for the Carriage of Cargoes and Containers (CCC) succeeded in finalising the carriage requirements for bauxite cargoes based on GBWG's bauxite research, paving the way for safe carriage of these cargoes.
