New BIMCO website and corporate identity coming soon

Overview

An update for members on the upcoming launch.

An update for members on the upcoming launch of a new brand for BIMCO and also a new, more user-friendly website.

We are now only weeks away from unveiling BIMCO’s new corporate identity, reflecting our place in the global shipping industry today and also the trust we have gained from 111 years of experience helping our members.

New brand details

Based on member feedback, BIMCO has reviewed and updated its brand to ensure we give you a clear understanding of our mission and the services we offer to BIMCO members worldwide.

We will supply members with the new logo and guidance on using the new design. This will allow you to update your stationery and communication to reflect the new BIMCO look and style. More details will follow on the launch day.

New, more user-friendly website

The new website has been designed with our members as the main focus and has been based on extensive research and feedback from over 1000 of you.

Throughout the research, these members told us what they liked and needed, and have been directly involved in testing the website – and we look forward to hearing your feedback. From day one, you will be able to access the website using your current log-in details. If you have any queries, then the BIMCO team will be ready to answer them.

We will be in contact once more to update you on the launch timing and on the actual launch day. We look forward to sharing our new brand and a much more user-friendly, intuitive website with you soon.

If you have any queries about this, please contact BIMCO’s Communications Director Gemma Wilkie at gw@bimco.org.

VPS Bunker Alerts

Veritas Petroleum Services (VPS) publish regular Bunker Alerts based entirely on fuel samples and have kindly permitted BIMCO’s Members to access this information.

The Bunker Alerts are not intended to be an evaluation of overall bunker quality in the port or area concerned, but usually highlight a specific parameter within the fuel which has raised a quality issue.
