New countries on the list:
France:
Based on extensive information provided by North P&I. This includes port specific restrictions and limitations to shipping operations.
Gabon:
Based on information provided by North P&I. Restrictions may apply based on the vessels previous calls and the crews travel history. These restrictions also apply to countries such as England, Finland and USA despite only a few confirmed cases.
Korea, Republic of:
Based on information from Wilhelmsen, restrictions may apply to ships with previous calls to China, Chinese crew members onboard or crew with a travel history to China.
Updates to previous restrictions:
Argentina:
Notice of free request have been adjusted based on information provided by Baltzer Maritima S.R.L.
Israel:
According to a notice issued by the Israeli Chamber of Shipping received from ICL Fertilizers, restrictions may apply depending on the ships previous port calls and crews recent travel history.
Kuwait:
According to release from the Ministry of Health copied to BIMCO by GAC (Kuwait), restrictions on crew mobility may apply dependant on previous port calls. Ships are still allowed to berth and perform cargo operations.
Malta:
According to information provided to BIMCO by Focal Maritime restrictions have been applied with little to no notice on crew mobility and ship operations – including delivery of supplies and spares. This might disturb planned crew changes or maintenance operations.
Mauritania:
Restrictions may apply dependant on the ships previous calls, crew travel and medical history.
Singapore:
According to information provided by MPA, Singapore the most notably adjustment is restrictions to persons with a travel history to certain parts of South Korea
Updates from World Health Organization
World Health Organization (WHO) have issued an interim guidance to assist with management of the coronavirus outbreak on board ships.
